No-Gi Training (Grappling)

  • 2 hr
  • 800 Philippine pesos
  • 2F Studio, Flyweight Boxing, BGC

Service Description

Grappling without a gi means that the opponent's clothes are not allowed to be grabbed and controlled. We therefore consider no-gi training as the lowest common denominator of all forms of grappling due to not requiring grips on clothing in order to be an effective grappler. This type of jiu-jitsu format more closely resembles MMA grappling and other adjacent disciplines such as wrestling than the more grip-heavy focus of gi jiu-jitsu.  Recommended Attire: - Top: Rash Guard - Bottom: Shorts and/or Leggings (No zippers!)
