No-Gi Seminars with Chris Paines at Motion Jiu-Jitsu

We are thrilled to announce that we will be hosting Chris Paines, founder of InTheory BJJ and Villaincast: BJJ Antiheroes Podcast, for series of seminars on October 21 (Tuesday) and October 23 (Thursday) at our venue Flyweight Boxing in 8 Forbestown, Bonifacio Global City. ​

Chris is known in the conceptual jiu-jitsu learning community for distilling our sport down to its simplest and most fundamental component parts to make it easy to understand and do. He received his black belt from Priit Mihkelson of Defensive BJJ and is a regular featured instructor at BJJ Globetrotters' destination training camps.
